GuildQuality has announced Koenig Construction as one of the few builders nationwide to receive the coveted Distinguished Guildmaster Award for 2008. These awards were based upon a review of over 40,000 customer satisfaction surveys for nearly 600 building and real estate professionals nationwide.
The Guildmaster Award recognizes industry leaders that have demonstrated their ability to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. Koenig Construction achieved the distinguished status by having a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent from its clients. Nationally, the average recommendation rate for home builders is in the low 60 percent range. Over 80 percent of Koenig’s clients participate in the GuildQuality survey to share information about their experience working with Koenig Construction. It’s no wonder Koenig Construction’s motto is, “We build relationships.”

FortiCelTM is a spray applied to the surface of the structural framing of your home to prevent mold and mildew from growing on the surface, so you can rest assured that your home is protected for years to come. FortiCelTM is environmentally friendly and qualifies as a “GREEN BUILDING PRODUCT.”

Featured Employee: Kayce Peltier
Kayce is a Charleston, SC native and is the third generation of her family to work in the construction industry—her father and grandfather both are builders. This love of the industry explains why it was so natural for Kayce to join the Koenig Construction team back in 2007 after retiring her position as a stay-at-home mom for her 2 year old daughter, Brielle. Kayce is the Project Coordinator and is responsible for assisting the Selections Manager and Project Managers with the administrative aspects for all custom homes under construction.
