PRISM Award
The PRISM Awards Program was developed in 1988 by the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association Sales & Marketing Council to recognize excellence in the field of sales, marketing and promotion of new homes. Koenig Construction has been awarded the PRISM Good Cents Energy Award, Best Community Presentation, and Best Resort Home.
Pinnacle Award
The Pinnacle Awards were created by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina to honor the state’s premier construction companies that have achieved the highest standard of quality craftsmanship, innovative problem solving and customer satisfaction.
Aurora Award
The Annual Aurora Awards Competition presented by the Southeast Building Conference distinguishes the Southeast’s most outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals within a 12-state region.
Watermark Award
The Watermark Awards are presented by Custom Home and Builder magazines to honor builders, architects, and designers across the nation for creating exceptional kitchens and baths. Koenig Construction has been awarded Watermark Awards in each category—and has entered the elite circle of nationally recognized builders capable of making wonderment out of the two most important rooms in your home.
Guildmaster Award
GuildQuality has announced Koenig Construction as one of the few builders nationwide to receive the coveted Distinguished Guildmaster Award. The Guildmaster Award recognizes industry leaders that have demonstrated their ability to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. Koenig Construction achieved the distinguished status by having a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent from its clients.
