A family run business, Koenig Construction began building homes on Kiawah and the surrounding areas in 1985.  Led by founder Steven J. Koenig, the company prides itself on building long-term relationships with not only its many satisfied clients but with all that are involved in the home building process. From architects to electrical contractors, flooring installers to Architectural Review Board members, the Koenig team establishes and sustains relationships built on trust and respect. The philosophy has become the cornerstone of the business. As a result, each Koenig home is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship allowing us to provide a pleasurable and seamless home building experience for our clients.
